Shipping

At Pheonix Bird Supplies, all orders are shipped by UPS. Many of our products have a shipping weight of less than a pound but the shopping cart will not take anything less than one pound. The paypal shipping cart will not figure the shipping charges for UPS so we will have to email you the actual shipping charges once you place your order. We are working on a resolution to this problem. We accept paypal and all major credit cards. Cages and other over-sized products are shipped freight so please email us at morgancasper@hotmail.com and we will provide the shipping charges on an order by order basis.
